MY JOURNEY STARTED HERE...
Year (1996-2011)
High school is what kind of grows you into the person you are. I have great memories, good and bad, some learning experiences and some that I'll take with me the rest of my life.
I have completed my schooling from Ram Krishna Vidhya Mandir School in Gwalior city in Madhya Pradesh State, India.


INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT
Year ( 2012- 2016)
I got the first glimpse of Mechanical Engineering here and later this ignite my passion for doing research in this field. During my prefinal year I stated working on my Minor project named Design and Analysis of Handicapped Steering Tricycle and this work had been published in International Journal of Research and Engineering Technology.

In the final year I stared working on my Major project named as Design and Analysis of pothole Killer Trucks and this work had been successfully published in International Journal of Research and Engineering Technology.
RESEARCH INTERNSHIP
Defense Electronics Application Laboratory (DRDO), Dehradun, India
(June 2015 - August 2015)
Oversaw QA for the design, analysis with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing for the finished products.
Championed the hands-on software experience in Structural and Thermal simulations using NX-10.


DESIGN ENGINEER
Easy Tech Training and Solutions
Year (2016-2018)
Responsible for performing concept building, structural designing, benchmarking virtual parts and assembly strength analysis. In addition, acted as the point of contact between customers and my team and after properly understanding customer’s vehicle’s expectations; I was responsible for delivering accurately.

Collaborated with senior mechanical designers to complete major projects that concerned to carrying out structural designing of Audi Type-II and Type-IV school and staff bus and a 12-meter Type-III staff bus of Rajasthan Coach Builders.

Lead a Team of Two Design Engineer and Five Graduate Trainee to perform Crash Simulation and analysis of a passenger car body using ANSYS and LS-DYNA.

Improved assemblies/components in the development/ improvement phases using the FEA/CFD Analysis in Ansys.
​
Contributed towards 3D CAD model development using SolidWorks and NX-10.
ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY
Year (2018-2020)

I am a recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering with Specialization in Design and Fabrication domain from Arizona State University. I am looking for opportunities in the field of Product Design and Manufacturing and Prototyping to exhibit my knowledge in turning a design into a working model.

Presented and Published the Research paper title "Cellular and Topology Optimization of Beams under Bending: An Experimental Study" in the Annual Solid Freeform Fabrication Symposium in August 2019.
​
Recently I have worked in an academic project in which I have implemented the Design of Experiments on a beam using a 3k Full Factorial approach with each factor at three levels using JMP Software.

Associate Manufacturing Engineer ( 2020- 2021)

â—¦ Reviewed, edited, and revised completed batch records, logbooks, and sops following cGMP standards.
â—¦ Applied Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency within the manufacturing process.
â—¦ Devised solutions that resulted in 15% of resource(time, money, and material) savings.
MEDIVANT HEALTHCARE
Manufacturing Supervisor (2021-Present)

Responsible for the day to day operation of a pharmaceutical manufacturing overseeing approximately 16 Engineer and Technicians.
Collaborated with the Quality department on deviations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions as per FDA guidelines.
Coaching Pharmaceutical Technicians to build safe, compliant, and effective teams to work in ISO 7 standards.
